Job Title: House Crew 1 / Game Zone Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and décor.
- Support themed event preparation and decoration.
- Maintain cleanliness of the venue: sweep, mop, and remove trash.
- Ensure venue is properly set up before events and efficiently broken down/cleaned afterward.
- Assist in operating games and engaging with guests during the Game Zone experience.

Position Title: House Crew II / Ticket Taker & Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, and décor for themed events.
- Maintain venue cleanliness: sweep, mop, and manage trash removal.
- Ensure the venue is prepared prior to events and fully restored afterward.
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Verify pre-paid tickets, process cash payments, and confirm electronic payments for on-site ticket sales.
- Distribute raffle tickets to guests.
- At event conclusion, verify pre-paid food orders and process payments for additional orders.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing event needs.
- Basic cash-handling and payment processing experience preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Friday, December 12, 2025: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday, December 13, 2025: 1:45 PM – 7:00 PM

Position Title: Sound Technician
Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust a sound board during the event
- Run sound checks, balance mic levels, and ensure proper playback of music
- Ensure microphones and sound equipment function smoothly
Qualifications: Some sound tech experience required
Work Schedule: Saturday, 12/13 • 1:30pm–5:00pm

Position Title: Lead Cook
Responsibilities:
- Lead food preparation and cooking in accordance with recipes and directives.
- Provide direction and ensure high-quality food production.
Qualifications: Prior cooking experience and ability to lead food preparation.
Work Schedule: Friday, 12/12 • 6:00pm–8:00pm | Saturday, 12/13 • 3:00pm–6:00pm
